I was a first time home buyer who was in no rush and held out for the right home. Andra was super patient with me and helped me through the entire process. We looked at many houses and she let me know her honest opinions of each one. She was extremely responsive when I saw something I wanted to go tour and gave valuable feedback on the various locations we were looking in and houses we looked at. It took awhile (the crazy 2021 market had a lot to do with that), but we found a great home for me! Very thankful for Andra and her support and guidance through everything. I was a very picky buyer, but Andra is a persistent hustler. It took us seven months to find my dream home and every step I felt supported by Andra. As a first time homebuyer, Andra really took the time to walk me through the whole process and set expectations. She made herself available to tour every house even at a moment’s notice and gave her honest opinion on the home - even when it differed from mine! She knows the local market in and out and is incredibly well versed in the East Nashville market, which is how I found her in the first place.
Where Andra really took the cake was her contract and negotiation skills. She had quite a few tricks up her sleeve to make my offer stand out in a very competitive market. While under contract Andra was invaluable in helping me navigate all decisions regarding inspections, repairs, and negotiations. Never once did I feel pressure to settle. Andra was incredibly responsive to all my crazy calls and texts throughout the whole home buying process. She was persistent in my search and the house I bought with her guidance is even better than what I imagined it to be. Honestly I miss touring houses with her. Anyone who chooses Andra Brewer as a realtor is in for a positive experience.

Andra came recommended from a trusted handyman. She visited out house and gave us some great advice to get it ready to sell...then we decided not to sell. We called her a year later, and again she came out to the house and gave some good advice. Then my wife had a job change and we decided not sell. A year later, we were finally ready. Andra came out and gave us even more advice, and we followed it to the letter. We listed the house and four days later had TWENTY SEVEN OFFERS, more than half of them above asking price. We are so glad that we had Andra as our real estate agent while searching for our East Nashville home. She did a great job helping us see the pros and cons of each house from a potential resale perspective. She is also very knowledgeable about pricing in the market and was able to tell us if a house was over- or under-priced based on true comps (in one case, she knew a house was underpriced, and sure enough, it ended up in a bid war and sold for exactly what she thought it would). In the end, she helped us find a great home and got our offer accepted the first day it was on the market. Definitely go with Andra if you want someone who knows what they’re doing!

We recently sold our rental property in East Nashville and Andra was our realtor. We had to organize a pretty thorough overhaul of the upstairs which included remodeling the master bedroom, re-doing cabinets, deck work, new carpet, the list just goes on and on. We lived several states away but Andra put us in touch with a great contractor. All through the remodel she would check on the work being done and update us. I have worked with several realtors over the years and wish they could all be like Andra. She is organized and I always felt like she had our best interests at heart and was looking out for us. If you're looking to buy or sell in the East Nashville area, Andra should be at the top of your list! She lives in the area, and knows it well. She was able to show us listings as soon they popped up because she was always close by. In this market, this is a huge asset.

I had recently moved to Nashville and was in the beginning stages of figuring out if I could even afford to buy my first home (rather than paying rent on a place). I found Andra through a google search of East Nashville realtors and I reached out to her on a whim. Andra got in contact with me right away. I literally knew NOTHING about the home buying process, but Andra was so knowledgable and walked me through everything. They say buying your first home is a stressful process, but I honestly I didn’t experience much of that.
