Andrea is such a wonderful and professional real estate agent. She didn’t only took us on an adventure to see 15+ properties in 2 months or so, but she would take in consideration our needs and she would never push for us to settle down.

She legitimately wanted us to be happy with our purchase.

She took us under her wing and she gave us her best approach on every property. Buying a house with her was a pleasure and we cannot wait to be ready to buy another one.

I can’t say enough how fortunate we were to have Andrea as our realtor! In a time when the real estate market was so competitive, we were completely discouraged and had almost given up, but Andrea worked tirelessly to make our dream of homeownership come true! Every step, from the first viewing of our “soon to be” new home, to excitedly receiving the keys to our front door, went seamlessly, as Andrea made it seem so effortless on our part, due to her very hard work behind the scenes.

We had the pleasure of working with Andrea when we were looking to buy our first home. As first time home buyers we were so nervous of the entire home buying process but Andrea was so patient with us and always took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that we had. She made the whole process less intimidating. We really enjoyed working with Andrea to buy our home and will definitely be calling her to help us again once we decide to upgrade to a larger home.

I was extremely satisfied in the effort and service provided by Andrea Almeida!
I was looking to buy a condominium for myself as a retired, 60-year-old man with a disability resulting from a spinal cord injury two years ago. I knew I had limited options regarding stairs and wanting to continue to live in an area between Walnut Creek and Martinez. This search began in September with Andrea sending me properties that fit within my budget and my needs. Never once did I feel any pressure from Andrea. Once I began to show interest in visiting some of these properties, she was always willing and able to meet me and was always prompt and accommodating. She was always patient with my needs and I never felt rushed to have to make any decision. I never felt any frustration or angst on her part. Because I was in no particular hurry to have to make a decision, I never felt like I wanted to “settle”for something I would not be happy with down the road. Andrea met me on multiple occasions in multiple locations. Ultimately she found the place that appealed to my needs and far exceeded my expectations for the “perfect“ place and location. Her strategy to come in at above the asking price from the seller caused him to agree to that offer the very next day and he canceled an open house for his place on that weekend. I am sure that had he decided to field other offers there would have been a bidding war that I may have had to drop out of. Because of Andrea’s plan, we were able to seal the deal. She was willing to meet me out there several times to go over items that needed fixing or replacing and was steadfast in making sure all the items I asked for were taken care of to my satisfaction. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and my working relationship with her was just fantastic. She is a credit to her business and I would highly recommend her to anyone in my future that needs such excellent representation!
