We, a family of three, recently moved from Nebraska to Maryland. One of our friend recommended approaching Andrea. We were looking for a two-bed room apartment or townhouse in our affordable range. Also, I was looking for a place near to my new workplace. Keeping these factors in account, Andrea send us several properties to look online meeting our criteria. We choose around three properties on our top list. Since we weren’t in Maryland, no way we could have seen these properties by ourselves. Andrea took her time to look into these rental properties personally, recorded and sent us the videos. Gladly, we rented the apartment that we liked, and now that we have moved, we are happy that we trusted and moved forward with our decision. We are highly recommending Andrea, and hope to seek her help in the future as well.

Andrea Altuner is beyond a doubt the best realtor I've ever worked with. She was patient and kind dealing with me trying to get my house ready to sell but always kept pushing me down to the final day when I was moving the last of my stuff out as the first prospective buyers were starting to walk through the house. She then dogged out showing the house for a week and managed an open house the next weekend and negotiated a selling price way beyond what anybody expected. Feel free to choose another realtor but remember what I just said when you are balancing your checkbook.

I cannot say enough how pleased we are with the professional and exceptional service we received from Andrea. She assisted us in finding a rental home in a very short time frame based on all of our needs. I’m sure she had other clients and tasks to deal with but she was always very responsive and prioritized our needs as well. I am so grateful we had her as our agent.
