This is an unusual review, because I have never met Andrea Beyer. I'm a Real Estate Broker all the way from Burlington, Wisconsin.
I had a dear friend in need of finding a Realtor in Salem. As Realtors, we have access across the country to those who have taken advanced training and have a high level of experience. We use that information to refer clients across the country. I chose Andrea based on her qualifications.

But many of us know, there's a lot more than having a "qualified" Realtor representative you. My dear friend had so many compliments about Andrea, that it actually made me look good for picking her! (Thanks, Andrea!) She went out of her way and spent a LOT of time finding the right house for him in this very difficult market. I would highly recommend Andrea, one of the best Realtors I've never met!

Additional stars are needed, Andrea is awesome! Andrea assisted in the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new forever home. Any change causes uncertainty and stress but Andrea was always there to answer questions, insert humor and/or reassurance that everything will work out. There were times of frustration when we viewed a house and were going to settle, Andrea pointed out the deficiencies and said our home is out there and we will find it. Her knowledge of homes and neighborhoods in the Salem area is invaluable. She answered emails/text/calls at all times, always willing to listen and keep things in perspective. The most admirable trait of Andrea, she works so hard for her client and their best interest, it was never about the sale. We highly recommend Andrea, we were blessed to have her as our realtor and friend.

Andrea spends time listening to what is most important to you. She offered me good solid advice with her tenure in real estate. As stressful as the process can be she puts you at ease with her kindness. She is a joy to be around. I have referred my friends and family to her and she has taken very good care of them. She handles every detail meticulously. I 100% would recommend her to any one that is looking for any kind of property from a house in a neighborhood to acreage she knows it all very well.

I am sorry I can give only 5 stars because Andrea deserves at least 100.
Andrea has worked with me on five real estate transactions, all big successes. She has many years of experience and knows the Salem market intimately. Her personality is warm and friendly and upbeat so she is an absolute joy to be with! She is amazingly quick via text or email or phone to reply to my questions and always gives me sound advice. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction.

Every since I have known Andrea she has went above and beyond for me. She has helped me find multiple properties. She listens to me and understands what I want and bends over backwards to fit into my schedule for showings, etc. She is also very honest about the properties she shows. Her experience in the industry has helped me multiple times.
Andrea's integrity shows in the way she prioritizes the relationship with her clients and her clients' needs over just "making a sale". I have referred Andrea often to personal friends as well as clients of ours (Kaufman Homes) because I know I can trust her to go above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased working with Andrea!
