About Andrea

Andrea Beacom-Blackwell is a Venice, Florida native and graduate of Venice High School. She and her husband, Scott, are happy to call Venice home.
Andrea’s family developed communities in town for over 20 years, making real estate a natural fit. As a Venice native, her expert knowledge of the market pairs with her collaborative style, ensuring her clients that she holds their best interest as her top priority.
After graduating from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, where she received her bachelor’s degree in international marketing/political science, she worked in human resources and in the mortgage industry.
Wanting to control her destiny, Andrea became a successful entrepreneur, owning six Fantastic Sams’ outposts and serving as the only woman on its national marketing board. Andrea honed her negotiating, customer service, planning and marketing skills which she now brings to each transaction.
She has volunteered with hospice, the Junior League of Sarasota and Clemson Women’s Alumni Council. Free time is spent boating and fishing with her husband, playing tennis and spending time with her children and family.
