I got into the real estate business for two reasons: I like feeling the freedom of owning my own business and love feeling the gratification of helping others get a piece of their dreams.
The first leg of my career I started pre-construction sale in Aventura, Fl.
Working with new construction was a great experience, understanding the process of building from the ground up was very educational, and then working with the marketing team pulled it all together; it was such an amazing sense of accomplishment.
I joined Premier builders in Hollywood, FL. with the pre-construction of "Hollywood Oaks" and "Renaissance on the ocean condominium", then with projects like Europa by the sea to follow.
Adapting to the market change I found myself working with first time home buyers and the resale market. It was so fulfilling to help people achieve their dreams of homeowner ship, or help a family find more room to grow.
I embraced the unpredictability of waking up to the same business, where something different happens every day. I am honest with each client, earning their trust while working within their means. Walking clients through all the possibilities, discussing what is closed and what is recent. More importantly, I refuse to give clients a false sense of unexpected closing costs or inflation of market value, so there are no surprises at the end of the transaction.
I am long time member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of Realtor Association of Miami.
I have been a registered volunteer at my daughter elementary school as well as a Girl Scout volunteer for six years.
