Over a year ago, we were attending many open houses and meeting many real estate agents. It was at her open house where we met Andrea. At that initial short meeting, she presented herself as experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We were impressed. Fast forward 3 months. We contacted her and proceeded with a transaction to buy a house. It went smoothly. Four months later we had her list our own residence. Two weeks later we received an offer and closed in 14 days. It was another smooth and seamless transaction as Andrea communicated with us clearly and thoroughly.

We feel fortunate to have met Andrea. With her experience and local knowledge, she knows a lot of people. Not only is she above board, but she also has a great support team and a long list of vendors she can call on. Five stars to them! All have responded promptly to her calls, showed up, completed the work needed all in a timely manner. That type of response shows the respect they have for one another.

I can’t recommend Andrea enough! I was referred to her by the broker I had reached out to (Stephanie at Allied Pacific❤️). I am super grateful that Andrea helped me to land a home that had some fairly specific requirements in a fairly limited budget. She was patient while I was very picky to find something that checked the right boxes. Once we were under contract on the home I was so amazed at how Andrea juggled everything and managed to be incredibly communicative. We had a 21 day close so staying on top of every contingencies critical. During my inspection she really advocated for me with the seller and when I asked for her opinion she was always happy to share without making me feel obligated to agree to anything I didn’t want to. Andrea did an amazing job for us finding and ultimately buying our new forever home!

The criteria we set at the start of the search was broad and complicated and sometimes changed through the process. Once we began our search we were ultimately able to narrow down our focus, which meant we had to look at a lot of properties, sometimes going back for a second look on a few. This went on for several months. Each time we saw a property that interested us she was quick to set a tour, we felt like we had a hotline direct to her. She accommodated us each and every time.

Just when we felt like giving up the search for awhile Andrea gave us a hot lead to a property that just hit the market that fit with our lifestyle. Once again she was quick to set up a showing and let us get the jump on the property that in our view would sell very quickly.

Once we knew this was the property we had to have she successfully advised on what it would reasonably take to make the purchase.

Once the offer was accepted and the escrow was closed, she continued to be our advocate to ensure we were happy all the way to getting our keys and moving in.

WORKS INCREDIBLY HARD FOR YOU! Andrea is the most amazing agent I’ve ever worked with! Most recently, she walked me through, step-by-step, the incredibly difficult and emotional process of selling my parents’ home of 50 years after the passing of my dad. We priced the house perfectly, and it was in escrow 3 days later! After decades of neglect of the house, Andrea set up all the contractors for a few necessary upgrades, at very reasonable prices, a pre-inspection and manageable repairs within my budget. She even filed a claim for the Milgard windows with broken seals that were installed decades ago so the new owners could have brand-new, dual-paned windows. I never would’ve known they had a lifetime warranty nor how to file a claim, and she did this all for me! She has estate sales contacts and someone to clean out the house, garage and yard of all remaining furniture, clothes, anything left that needs to be removed. Her landscapers pulled months of weeds and laid mulch for a yard that needed TLC. Her staging contact, Rebecca, made the house look modern and incredibly well put together! Every detail Andrea knows. She’s honest, down-to-earth, straight-forward, organized, and so much fun to work with and be around! She’s so energetic and positive and works her tail off! Five years ago, she also helped us buy our beautiful house going back to see the agent to let him know how interested we were. I just know other agents love working with her, too! Andrea is the best! She had helped us in the past, so when it came time to sell my dad's house, she was my first call. She walked onto the property and started pointing out everything we needed to do to get his older house ready to sell. It was also a trust sale, and she was well versed in all the intricacies of that process. And when it came time to look at offers--the day after it was listed!--she was our cheerleader, therapist, and financial advisor combined. I can recommend her without reservation. Andrea made this very stressful circumstance joyful, and even fun.

Andrea is wonderful, my Dad passed away and left my brother and I his house, we decided to sell it but we had to wait for it to come out of a trust this took almost a year. Andrea was in contact with us the whole time , checking to see if we needed anything, if we had any questions, she also got us in touch with the estate company that we used, when we were finally ready to sell Andrea was amazing , she answered all our questions , she communicates so well, the listing was wonderful, the pictures were fantastic, it was barely on the market and we sold it... We couldn't be happier, selling the house was the easy part... (she's also going to help me find a house of my own) Without a doubt I recommend Andrea 100 % ( she's also very nice)

Five stars!!! From beginning to end, working with Andrea on the sale of my house was effortless. I know Andrea is a talented, highly sought after realtor in my area. There is no doubt she's busy, but I felt like I was her one and only client. This was the first time I had sold property and I had many questions. She was so attentive and patient.

Our listing was fantastic! Andrea was knowledgeable, encouraging, patient and consistent. Photos of the property were professionally done and her suggestions for improvements were spot on.
