In 2016, she retired from federal service after 25 years of federal service (6 years at the Securities and Exchange Commission and 19 years at the Department of Housing and Urban Development). Andrea’s experience as a Certified Public Accountant and her Masters of Science in Finance from George Washington University means she understands that buying a home is a major investment – the act of putting money aside that would otherwise be used for current consumption. And, that the major concerns of most real estate investors are risk (future investment performance), liquidity (ability to sell), and capital constraints (limits on the amount of money available to invest). As a result of these concerns, Andrea combines business acumen with traditional real estate practices to offer clients a higher level of service with value-added support that is especially important in the high-end real estate market.
