We worked with Andrea Johnson at the recommendation of our daughter, who had a wonderful experience when buying a house in Westchester. We decided to sell our house in Glenview, and wanted to live near our daughter, so we knew Andrea was very familiar with the community. She was very responsive, sending several listings each week, and it was evident that she really understood what we needed for our new space. She took us around for several days of showings, and we found a perfect new home in a great neighborhood. She was also extremely helpful as we negotiated all the legalities and issues surrounding the purchase, working with our attorney, and the realtor representing the sellers. She recommended an excellent home inspector and helped to negotiate some last minute items that the seller was able to address. We highly recommend her and would absolutely call on her again for a future move.

Andrea was our realtor as we looked for a house in the near western suburbs. She was amazingly patient as my wife and I tried to figure out what we wanted and could afford. After a couple months of looking Andrea got us in on a house that hadn't hit the market yet. She told us we would love it, and was right! She helped us negotiate and close quickly, too. She was always quick to respond to any text or email and gave us advice before during and after our closing which was/is so helpful!
