Andrea is excellent! This was my first time buying a home and I had a lot of questions. She was patient through the entire process while answering the millions of questions I had. Andrea was honest about the market condition and provided honest feedback about homes I was interested in. There were a few "is this home worth the time and energy moments". When we found the home I was interested in she helped me secure money for closing and 10k off. After closing, Andrea still responds to my messages and checks in every so often. She will get you through the most stressful experience of home buying and turn it into a positive experience.

My partner and I were in search for our home which we had no idea no clue what or how any of that process works, but with Andrea Linan we found our dream home. Her advice and support through the search and closing was invaluable. She was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable. We could not have done it without her. There were those rocky monents but we knew that would come soone or later since we were searching were we can spend our future which is a very big and important decision. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. She made our search feel so smooth and always motivated us with her words experience when we were feeling frustrated not finding that house.
