About Andrea

Andrea Pennington Dubois, a Knoxville native and real estate expert, was encouraged by her father, Elwood Pennington, to pursue a career in real estate due to her talents in understanding and forming relationships with families. After graduating from college, Andi's first job was marketing and promoting her family's marina on Norris Lake. This opened doors for her to meet buyers and sellers for Norris Lake properties, and she quickly became a Norris Lake and Knoxville residential expert.

In 2009, Andi moved to Tyler, Texas, to marry the man of her dreams, David Dubois. She worked selling and promoting a lakefront golf course community until she felt the mountains calling her back home in 2013. Since then, she has picked up where she left off and has become highly successful in the real estate industry. Andi enjoys the personal aspect of real estate and loves getting to know her clients and forming lasting friendships with them. For her, it's a relationship business, and she's grateful to have found her calling.

Andi believes that one crucial aspect of limiting frustration in the marketplace for buyers is to have buyer consultations before even stepping foot in a house. She strives to have a game plan prior to her clients falling in love with a home to help set their expectations beforehand. She's focused on customer service and believes that being chosen as her client's realtor is the highest honor for her professionally.

When she's not busy finding the perfect fit for her clients, Andi is a busy wife and mother of three boys. She enjoys playing basketball and watching her sons play football and baseball in the Knoxville area.
