Andrea was on top of everything from the day we started too work together. From setting up the Photo Shoot of the property until the Closing Table, the timing was all perfect. Nothing was left out through the entire selling process, all documentation and inspection appointments where communicated to everyone involved. Andrea's knowledge of selling in the Tampa Bay area was perfect. Her suggestions and instructions on preparing the property for sale was perfect. I was given a timeline on how long she estimated the sale would go into contact and it came sooner than expected. I will and already have referred Andrea to a few home buyers and she is currently working with them. If you are reading this review, do yourself a big favor and contact Andrea for any of your Real Estate needs, I have found none better.
