A Southern California native, Andrea began her real estate career as a property manager for a high-profile Beverly Hills developer in 1988. After graduating from UCLA in 1992, she specialized in marketing luxury new construction projects. Moving to Orange County in 1994, she began her own investment portfolio, accruing expert knowledge of short sales, remodeling, rental management, staging and flips.
