Andrea is incredible!!! As first-time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing and she was so patient with us and walked us through the process so well. She helped us learn about the market and always made sure that we knew she wouldn’t stop until we found our perfect home— and we did, which is amazing in this particular market! I can’t say enough positive things about Andrea and the incredible work she does. If you need a realtor, go with her!!!!

Andrea knew exactly what to do to help us secure our dream home! She is smart, has a great support staff and quite frankly, her advice was spot on no matter what the issue. Andrea Williams is a fabulous person, who is a responsive, professional, realtor that intuitively knows what you want and need. When the listing agent said they were no longer accepting offers, Andrea put together a creative backup offer that took my deal to the top of the pile. She helped me get a great deal in a competitive sellers market! I loved how she managed my purchase by keeping everyone on track to meet a tight closing deadline. She paid attention to the details so everything was in place to close. As with all deals, I am sure there were hurdles and obstacles to overcome but very few were on my radar. I highly recommend Andrea as a realtor of choice to my family, friends and you!
