Andreas Ortiz

Andreas Ortiz, Founder & President of REK Partners, is an experienced investor, licensed broker, business manager, and entrepreneur with an established work history in real estate, construction, accounting and private equity. Andreas applies his expertise and market knowledge to source and facilitate investment opportunities that consistently exceed the goals of his clients.

Prior to launching REK Partners, Andreas worked as a Senior Associate for a premier full service real estate fund manager in the areas of groud-up Development Construction and New Acquisitions. His work history also includes Budget Consulting for the Los Angeles Community College District and Cost Accounting on large public works projects involving Los Angeles County Department of Public Works (LACDPW), the County of San Diego and the County of San Bernardino.

Andreas studied Finance, Real Estate and Business Law at California State Polytechnic University - Pomona where he received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. His areas of strength include process enhancement, financial modeling, project syndication, analytics, and communication.
