In 1993, shortly after graduating Boston University with an Electrical Engineering degree, Andreas co-founded Apex Computers with his high school and college friend, Mark Keane.
In 1995, Andreas started in the real estate business by buying his first 3 family from a real estate agent client. A short time later he bought a 6 family. From there on he caught the real estate bug and just kept buying and improving properties.
United Properties Inc is the management entity for all of Andreas’ properties. He has grown his portfolio organically with no partners. It encompasses 60 properties that range from single families to 78 Unit buildings with a total of 1000 rental units. His experience ranges from light renovations to new construction.
Andreas will seek out mismanaged value-added properties that are in need of improvements with the intent to reposition them into higher quality and better performing buildings.
He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License, Massachusetts Lead-Safe Certification, Boston University Paralegal Certificate, Boston University Real Estate Program and a Boston University Electrical Engineering Degree.
