Andrejko was born in Hamburg, Germany, and moved to Miami in 1990 to study marketing at Florida International University. After selling a retail business in 2001, he began investing in real estate and, over time, has developed a keen sense of the local real estate market, property value assessment, and management. He joined Engel & Völkers Miami in 2009 and has been consistently a Top Producer. Over the years, Andrejko has cemented his success as a high-end property specialist with expertise in serving European clientele.
Most Andrejko’s sales take place in Miami Beach, the Upper East Side of Miami, and Coconut Grove. Andrejko represents Sellers and Buyers, who can rely on his insight and vast network of contacts in the real estate market to facilitate a successful transaction. His direct contacts to Engel & Völkers offices in Europe have helped him to collaborate with clients from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England, France, Italy, Monte Carlo, and Spain.
Because of his reputation as a successful agent in Miami, Andrejko has been featured in three German TV shows: “Die Geissens,” “Die Auswanderer,” and “Rockin Miami.”
Andrejko lives in Buena Vista, a historic neighborhood near the Design District, with his wife and two daughters. An avid road cyclist, he has competed successfully in events all over the country.
