I started in real estate in 2016. In 2025 I added my mortgage license — not to sell more, but because I kept watching clients get bounced between an agent and a lender who weren't talking to each other. Now the person negotiating your contract is the same person structuring your financing. One point of contact from the first showing to the closing table, which means fewer surprises, faster answers, and a game plan built around your actual numbers.

That matters even more when English isn't your first language. Loan estimates, contracts, and disclosures are hard enough to read in the language you grew up with — so I walk through all of it in Spanish when that's what makes it clearest, on both the real estate side and the financing side.

The way I work is simple: relational first, business second. I'll tell you when the numbers make sense, and I'll tell you when they don't. Sometimes the right move is to move forward. Sometimes the right move is to wait and prepare. Either way, you'll know where you stand and what the next step is.
