I am divorced from an domestic abuse marriage of 18 years, I am over 55 years old. Just starting my life again with new job, no credit, no references, but a small amount of money and do not owe anything to anyone. Living renting rooms with my cat and bunny. Moved 4 times in less than a year in places with people that are not nice. Almost destroyed by all these experiences i did not know what to do or who to turn to. I could not aford to pay an apartment as i have minimal income. I called so many places and not one person or organization could help. I was always given more resources to call that went nowhere. On March one organization gave me Andres Morales name as he also helps comunity with his business. I called expecting the same old treatment. But Andres at Bonaventure took me serious as i said i need to buy in less than a month. He asked if i had loan yet. I said I am not looking for one as i have no credit. But i have a little cash
Andres worked day and night sending me manufactured homes information. We went to see many then i finally was able to purchase a modest home in a 55 + safe comunity of manufactured homes. Thanks to Andres, his expertise, eager to help and patience I am no longer homeless. Andres helped me buy a manufacyuref home and of course after all he did he did not end with much pay for all he did. He did not need to help me, as his businesses are doing well. But Andres specific wanted my review as he said" I want people that need me yo find me". God bless Andres, the world is a better place because of him. IRENE

Andres is one of a kind. This is our second time purchasing a home. You would think I know all the answers but no. Andres was very patient and helpful through the entire process.
