Andrew is a lifelong resident of Kannapolis, NC, and started a career locally with Kannapolis City School as the Financial Secretary for A.L. Brown High School in January 2021. He previously worked for 10 years at First Citizens Bank in Huntersville, NC.
Andrew is married and they have one fun-loving girl, Presley. He graduated from East Carolina University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Andrew currently serves on the Kannapolis Athletic Booster Club, has been a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church in Kannapolis (served as Elder), and was a past member of the City of Kannapolis Board of Adjustment for 5 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, walking to the Cannon Ballers baseball stadium, and camping at the beach and mountains.
He fell in love with the real estate business while working for First Citizens Bank. Knowing the banking business, inside and out, is an asset that he brings with his real estate transactions. His background in lending, working with various partners (underwriters, appraisers, inspectors, etc.), and knowing what it takes to buy or sell your next home are vital assets in the real estate business.
The success and long-term satisfaction of his client’s real estate goals and dreams are top priorities for Andrew. Working with his clients from the beginning and all the way to the finish line is a guarantee that he will bring. Living in Kannapolis, working for the local school system, having a background in the banking industry, and having served on the City of Kannapolis Board of Adjustments are all tools for success that Andrew looks forward to applying in his real estate transactions.
