Andrew Chewning

It has always been real estate for Andrew. During college, he worked part-time in the mortgage industry and fell in love with the process and the excitement that people found when they were able to improve their lives through the purchase of a new home. A few years later Andrew moved to the appraisal side and worked with appraisers throughout the country. This allowed him to work more closely with the individual properties and learn how value is created and determined.

Andrew's experiences in so many aspects of real estate have enabled him to excel with surpassing the expectations of his clients in many ways. He knows the pros and cons of various neighborhoods throughout the city and is able to align attributes with the desires of his clients. He prides himself in his ability to sell homes for top dollar through many systems that he has developed over the years.

Andrew currently lives with his wife in Southwest Austin (Covered Bridge) and their two dogs. In his free time, he likes to kayak and take advantage of the numerous watering holes that this beautiful city has to offer. Andrew takes part in as many community events as possible and is active in keeping Austin beautiful.
