Andrew was most informative when answering our concerns and questions regarding our short sale in 2012. More importantly however was the weekly follow-through that Stephanie (his assistant) gave us. She always got us answers or followed up to find out concerns regarding the hold up with our bank, Flagstar. It was a long stressful year which finally ended December 13, 2012 with a closing on the property. Stephanie was in constant contact with the bank to find out what was going on and letting us know. She processed all our faxed documents to the bank to expedite the process. Through no fault of theirs (it was the bank) it was a long process, but her efficiency and empathy to us was wonderful and we thank them both.

When my husband and I decided to purchase a home in Michigan, we were apprehensive to say the least. We were both moving here from out of state (my husband from another country.) My wife and I were referred to Andrew through a co-worker. We were looking for a house in Berkley or Royal Oak. Even though this isn't Andrew's standard home turf of Plymouth/Canton/Northville/Livonia/Novi, that certainly didn't slow him down any. He always had a great list of houses to look at and was tireless in his efforts to find the right one. He worked late for us, always answered his phone and went above and beyond to convey his extensive knowledge of the housing market to us. We were picky in our selection, but Andrew never allowed our inability to make a decision frazzle him. Where he was most helpful was in helping us understand all of the financing options and what to do when it came to all that paperwork. The only thing I am unhappy about regarding Andrew Daily is the fact that he is not an agent in the Los Angeles area. Hands down, he would be my agent for life, and that of my friends here in LA. OK, let me explain. I am from Detroit MI, but have resided in LA for years now. I would definitely recommend (and have) Andrew Daily as a realtor and short sale expert. He made the whole buying and short selling process as hassle free for us as possible. Strangely enough for us the hardest process wasted buying. We ran into may roadblocks with sellers and selling agents when placing offers.
