Andrew Eakes

Andy Eakes is a local San Diegan with a wide variety of skills and knowledge related to real estate. He got his start as an investor, and currently owns and manages his own multi state real estate portfolio where he manages acquisitions, renovations, long term, and short-term property management and more. Beyond investing, Andy loves working with clients who are as passionate about historic and architecturally significant properties as he is. Outside of real estate, Andy is married to his wife Harmonie, and they have three dogs and two cats. He also loves spending his free time staying active gardening, at the beach with his dogs, and playing basketball and baseball.
