About Andrew
You might say that real estate – acquiring land, construction, renovations, investing, or finding the right home – is part of Andrews DNA. He was raised in a family that owned a business, so at an early age he was exposed to many real estate renovation and new construction projects. That led to his interest in learning as much as he could about the process of acquiring land, working through various approvals, and the construction of a new home or building. By the time Andrew was 18 years old, he acquired an acre of land and had his first home built. Since then, he has acquired, built, and/or renovated several properties over the years in the Canandaigua area. In 1984, Andrew went into the real estate business as a full time Realtor – and he has been very actively involved in the business in the Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes area ever since. Andrew owned and managed an independent Real Estate brokerage for several years before opening RE/MAX Properties in Canandaigua as Broker/Owner. One of the most important lessons Andrew learned at an early age was that treating clients with the respect they deserve -- and good old-fashioned hard work -- is what it takes to be successful. He has been both a buyer and a seller, so he knows what you want and need from a realtor. In fact, one of the things Andrew enjoys the most about his business is helping Buyers and Sellers realize their real estate goals. You want someone who will listen. Someone you are comfortable with, who will treat you with respect and support in the process. Whether you are a Buyer or a Seller, you need a local market expert with excellent negotiating skills. He has access to and can show you every available home listed with RE/MAX and all other Realtors, through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Andrew can help you through the process of securing a home loan through his many connections in the mortgage business.
