Working with Kina on my first time home buying experience was a great one!

I have had a long journey of searching for a home. I had paused my search for a bit due to the unstable market. At just the right time, I met Kina and Andy at an open house in my parents’ neighborhood and felt welcome with their kindness. Kina was very knowledgeable about how the market was doing and would always keep me up to date.

Kina’s experience and patient demeanor made me feel like I could ask all the questions I needed to feel comfortable with the process. She has great communication and responsiveness. Kina was there every step of the way and made me feel at ease.

I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Thank you so much Kina!

I was referred to Andrew, by a friend of mine, who helped them find a home. I worked with his wife Karina, while looking to find my first home. We went looking at different properties. She made my experience pleasant. No pressure.

If I had any questions, I would ask her, and she would promptly get back to me. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her line of work. She talked me through the process and she made me feel comfortable, even tho buying my first home seemed overwhelming.

She was there to guide me through the process. She helped me find and purchase my first home. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work she put in to make this happen. I had fun working with Kina and Andy! It felt like they were family. They really care and will find you the house of your dreams. They are easy to communicate with. They will adjust to your needs, very knowledgeable, quick to respond, almost always available.
They are respectful and good listeners. We’ve looked at so many houses. I never felt pressured on buying a house. They will stick with you to the end. Went above and beyond our expectations and made sure we are happy with the house we are getting. I can only say good things about Kina and Andy. They truly are a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Andrew and I hit it off immediately, he listened to what I was looking for in King County and showed me the homes that were available. I was recommended to Andrew by a friend of mine who had recently worked with him when purchasing a home. I was relieved that her recommendation turned out to be such a pleasure to work with!

Andrew was able to help answer my "first time home buyer" type questions and essentially made the whole process as smooth as it could be! But I think above all, one of the best things about working with Andrew was how he and those we all worked with were sincere in how they were looking for my best interest.
