After college, Andrew Herren owned and operated a cabinet/furniture building shop for 12 years. He has built several homes, so specializing in new construction when he obtained his real estate license made the most sense. He has years of construction experience and he is on the cutting edge of energy use and conservation with The University of Georgia. Andrew is a certified HERS rater, BPI analyst, DET tester, OSHA 510&510 and have taken many other weatherization classes from Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta Georgia. He became the coordinator for an extension of the monitoring program in March 2012. I plan to build energy efficent homes when the new home market stabilizes.
