Andrew iKarigan is a fantastic realtor. I sold my Newport Beach home with him and his real estate partner Barry. A good team for sure. We discussed the terms of the deal and he listened well. I had an offer before listing and an off market sale. Additionally, he secured an offer above the projected list price. Closing was easy. Everything went great. I was very lucky to have had such a great real estate team! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
