Prior to co-founding Asterra Properties, Andrew was the co-founder and president of Merit Properties, an Austin based leasing and property management company; practiced law in Texas and Colorado with boutique firms dedicated to real estate, construction, and contract law; and served as the president and general counsel of a regional title company in central Texas.
During his twenty-nine years in the real estate industry, as a broker and attorney, Andrew has represented more than a thousand individual and corporate clients, including buyers and sellers, lessees and lessors, investors, builders, developers, and owner associations. In the last ten years, Andrew has completed or assisted with the completion of real estate purchase, sale and leasing transactions in excess of $600 million.
Andrew received his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his JD from the University of Denver College of Law.
Andrew is a member of the Central Texas Association of Commercial Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Foundation, the Institute of Real Estate Management.
