Andrew Luce

Andrew joined the Next Space Development team in 2016 after 30 successful years on the commercial brokerage side of the business.

While specializing in multi-family, infill residential development, and investment sales – Andrew has been involved in over $435 million of total consideration of transactions spanning four states and Southern California.

Andrew’s role at Next Space Development is assisting in the acquisitions and depositions of all properties. In addition, he interacts with the brokerage and lending community on the various Next Space Development projects.
