About Andrew

Andrew has lived in Portland most of his life. Growing up in the Cedar Hills area then living downtown, and the eastside, he knows the Portland area exceedingly well. Andrew graduated with a BA in Political Science from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. With a background in the mortgage industry, he arrived on the real estate scene in 2002. Now, with a decade of experience under his belt, he has thrived and survived through boom-and-bust markets. Priding himself on knowing the trends, numbers, and tendencies of the market, and the nuances of neighborhoods in particular--he keeps his clients well informed and empowers them to become strong consumers. Andrew has had remarkable success working with buyers and sellers through short sales, foreclosures and other distressed situations. Successfully renovating houses and multi-family properties, Andrew has a keen sense for excellent value and can help determine the long term and short-term costs of a project.
Family is of the utmost importance to Andrew. He has twin boys and a beautiful wife Cami, who manages to keep everyone sane. Fly fishing, camping, golf and most any outdoor activity fill up any free time. Having traveled extensively throughout the world he has an endless supply of stories and is full of advice on places you must see. Active in the community Andrew volunteers for The Ronald McDonald House, Big Brother’s Big Sister’s, and has done neighborhood mediation for the City of Beaverton.

Always wanting to continue growing and pursuing knowledge, Andrew is part way through a master’s degree in Public Administration at Portland State University. Eventually, he wants to create a non-profit organization that provides housing, community, and pride to special needs adults.
