About Andrew
Andrew Neese extends his gratitude for the interest shown. He has been fortunate to flourish in his career for nearly two decades. Over the years, he has witnessed many agents come and go, and he is pleased to still be going strong. Andrew began his career by building houses to sell and then transitioned into investment real estate, building a portfolio while restoring houses in the area. Although agency work has always been the core of his real estate career, he made it his goal to become an expert in all facets of the industry. This decision has led to a wide range of expertise in various fields, including residential sales (both seller and buyer agency), building investment portfolios for himself and others (he currently has 30 investment properties in a 15-year aggressive portfolio), commercial projects, residential new construction and renovation, commercial and residential development, property management, HOA management, and creating temporary housing solutions for the area.
Andrew's true passion lies in creating innovative paths for clients through the latest technology and aggressive tactics. He has recently invested in technology that reaches buyers in ways most agents cannot. One of his recent investments is in live stream open houses, where buyers can interact with him and view homes on their portable devices while he answers questions in real time. In an age where everyone is connected but few want to connect in person, REALTORS must get creative to reach their audience. Andrew believes that instantaneous connection through technology and devices is the future of selling houses, and he has heavily invested in this direction.
Within his profession, Andrew prefers an aggressive approach to real estate and has developed several unique methods for achieving efficient and successful outcomes for his clients over the years.
