Andrew Nehrig

Born into a construction family, my real estate expertise is rooted in a lifetime of hands-on experience. My foundational knowledge began early in Southern California, growing up on job sites with my father—a former Navy electrician and later a project superintendent for major track homes. This immersion led me to start renovating and managing rental properties with my family right after high school.

My career trajectory includes successful moves into diverse markets:

Kansas City: In 2012, I embraced property investment by purchasing and renovating an apartment building off Main Street, giving me a deep understanding of investment management in the KC metro.

North Carolina: I continued renovating homes while furthering my technical skills, becoming HVAC certified at Cleveland Community College and obtaining my North Carolina brokerage license in early 2018.

Since returning to the Kansas City area in July 2018, I have leveraged this well-rounded expertise to manage and renovate properties across the metro and nationally.
