About Andrew
Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s a series of decisions, many of them made under pressure, with incomplete information and real consequences.
That’s where I come in.
I work with thoughtful, busy buyers and sellers in Rochester who want to make clear, confident decisions, not just get through the process. My role is to cut through the noise, lay out the tradeoffs, and help you move forward with a plan that makes sense for your life, not just the market.
As a Rochester native and second-generation REALTOR®, I know this market from the inside. I understand the neighborhoods, the rhythms, and the small details that don’t show up on a listing but matter once you’re living there. More importantly, I know how to interpret what’s happening in real time so you’re not left guessing.
Before real estate, I spent five years in the U.S. Army, then studied furniture design in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, followed by English Rhetoric and Writing at UW. That combination might seem unusual, but it’s exactly what shapes how I work: disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on clear thinking and communication. Real estate moves fast, but I don’t treat it like a sales job. It’s a trust job.
Since 2013, I’ve helped clients navigate everything from first moves to complex transitions, always with the same goal: reduce uncertainty, avoid costly mistakes, and help you feel confident in the decisions you’re making.
I use modern tools and data to keep things efficient and accurate, but I don’t hide behind them. My job is to interpret, explain, and guide. In my personal life, I tend to lean the other direction, hand-cut joinery over shortcuts, real books over screens, and anything built to last.
When I’m not working, I’m usually with my wife Felicity, our two daughters, and our dog, Piper. Or I’m in the woodshop, working on something slowly, which is a good reminder that not everything worth doing needs to be rushed.
If you’re the kind of person who prefers clarity over guesswork and a plan over pressure, we’ll get along just fine.
