Following his graduation from Saint Anselm College (1998), Andy embarked on a professional career entirely different from real estate sales. He took his Criminal Justice degree and immediately began working as a police officer in Hampton, NH, and Winchester, MA. He transitioned to his real estate sales career in 2004 and started as a buyer's agent. Andy quickly took to real estate sales and rose as a top-producing agent in Berkshire County for many years. Along the way he decided to leave the franchise he was working at and open his own company – Berkshire Dream Home Real Estate in 2014. In eight short years, what started as a tiny start-up company in Andy’s garage has grown into the number one company in Berkshire County for real estate sales transactions. When Andy established Berkshire Dream Home he had one admin staff and three agents. Using his relentless energy and commitment to help other people – primarily his clients at the time – he was able to attract other like-minded agents focusing on the highest level of customer satisfaction to secure future referrals in the business. Andy describes this as a “crock-pot” approach to building a business versus the quick/easy transactional “microwave” approach. In January of 2020, Andy decided to turn his entire focus to his work as a broker and helping his agents. In this role, Andy encourages his agents to build their own robust business based on the same fundamental principles of doing what is right for others.
