Andrew Rosenberg

Andrew Rosenberg, a South Florida native, grew up immersed in the family business of retail brokerage. Raised in Miami Beach, he developed a deep appreciation for South Florida’s history and has a passion for its continual improvement. Closing his first deal at 18, Andrew has always been dedicated to building relationships and helping those around him succeed.

Specializing in commercial leasing and sales, Andrew represents tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers. He has completed over 280 transactions totaling $220 million in value. Before founding Upside Partners, Andrew served as a Leasing Director at The Comras Company. He has also held positions as VP of Rosenberg Realty, working alongside his father Gary Rosenberg, and as VP of Retail Brokerage at JLL.

Andrew has represented prominent local and institutional owners, developers, and tenants in South Florida, including Integra Investments, Fontainebleau Development, Lightstone Group, Tricera Capital, AIR Communities, Regency Centers, and Michael Comras. His client roster also features notable tenants such as Crocs, Genuine Pizza (Michael Schwartz), Carrot Express, Miniso, Crown Wine & Spirits, Cinnaholic, and Flora Plant Kitchen

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is an active member of Temple Beth Sholom in Miami Beach.
