Andrew is a top notch realtor, deeply rooted and knowledgable about the Nashville and surrounding area. Immediately responsive to our initial inquiry, and met with us on our schedules as we made multiple visits from out of state to find the right home. Extremely professional and friendly, and also diligent to achieve the best value in our negotiations. Acted fast for the hot market, but we never felt rushed or pressured. Makes good use of his resources at his real estate firm and was excellent in connecting us with helpful services before and after the purchase. In a very short timeframe, my young adult son was thrown into the first time home search due to rent prices out the roof. Being a teacher-coach with limited money and time, we decided we had to enlist the services of a real estate agent. Andrew Tate with Benchmark Realty out of Franklin, TN was recommended by a friend. Andrew was awesome to work with. He answered every phone call, text, email - either of us sent… and there were many. Andrew connected with my son and walked him through every step of the process from searching, viewings, a few contracts - that he did not get, to inspections, to a townhome that ended up being THE ONE. Andrew facilitated the negotiations with confidence and landed my son a great deal on the perfect place for him at this time in his life. He kept the process rolling and really made this stressful time and transaction light and doable. Andrew is the best in town if you are looking to buy. Andrew was really flexible with us, and willing to let us drag him all over town to look at houses lol!!

During this insane market, Andrew was able to negotiate for us under ask, which is UNHEARD of right now. He was able to negotiate a home warranty for us, appliances, amongst other things. The house had 30+ showings and we were the lucky ones. I’m so glad that we had Andrew on our team, and one hundred percent recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
