Andrew Tkach

Andrew S. Tkach has over 22 years of diverse retail, operational, and development experience. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance at Kent State University. Andrew specializes in tenant and landlord representation, investment property sales, and land development opportunities.
As an entrepreneur, Andrew launched his first retail-startup in 1999. With growing success, he opened multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland employing over 120 people. Prior to becoming a retail business owner, Andrew was an Institutional Investment Analyst with First Union Securities. In 2002 Andrew formed the Georgetown Team, specializing in investment and residential properties throughout, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Andrew resides in McLean, VA. with his wife, Shannon and two sons.
