Andrew Walling

Andrew has been a real estate in some form or fashion his entire life whether it was working for his grandfather in Upstate New York who developed and managed hotels, gas stations, and apartment buildings or building residential homes with his brother-in-law around Concord, Mooresville and Hickory while he was in high school and college. He learned what hard work was about. After earning a Bachelor of Science at Strayer University he attended Georgetown University and earned a master’s in real estate development.

Andrew has held real estate licenses in Kansas, Missouri and currently holds a Brokers license in North Carolina where he is a Commercial Broker. Andrew previously held positions with companies where he was a commercial property manager managing and leasing shopping centers, medical offices, and office buildings. He has experience in construction management, surveying, and civil engineering.
