A little about myself. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 15 years after venturing out from the restaurant and seafood business. I've been an Irvine resident since 2001 and bought our first home here. Earlier in my real estate career was spent with Century 21, Evergreen Realty and a few other independent brokerages where I found out that generating business and building a trusting relationship with clients is really up to me and not the brokerage brand behind me. For that reason, I've been an independent broker for the last 8 years which kept a low overhead expense where I can pass that savings to my clients. I'm not a multi-million-dollar producer where those agents hardly ever answer their phone when they service a listing. I pick and choose my clients and will only work with a few clients at a time so that I'm never too busy for my client. I close deals and 95% of my business is repeat and referral so I know I am doing a great job. Let me know how I can help.
