Andy and his team are consummate professionals. I listed my property in Center City with him in early January, knowing full well it might take some time because of the nature and timing of the listing: dead of Winter, luxury, 1300 sq. ft. bi-level 1-bedroom with den, but with high condo fees, no parking, and no views in a so-so building. Anyway, Andy and his team held numerous open houses to capitalize on the initial interest, they were prompt and consistent with their communications and updates, and ultimately I received an offer in about 6 weeks. Andy's team continued to assist me, displaying incredible patience and diplomacy, in negotiating with a difficult buyer and addressing other issues. They truly went above and beyond and without them, I can in all honesty say, the deal would have fallen through.
