Andy started in Boulder, CO in 1981. During the market downturn in 1984 Andy moved to Marin County, CA and started the real estate licensing process in California. During this time, he worked for Lincoln Property Management as an onsite property manager, Residential Research Appraisal and subsequently TRW Appraisal Services as both an appraiser and account manager.
In 1988, Andy transitioned into the mortgage business in Mill Valley, CA learning the private lending and brokerage business.
In 1990 Andy received his California Brokers License and in 1991, he opened his own lending & real estate business. Baywide Financial Services Inc. incorporated in 1997 which expanded to include the ownership and operation of the RE/MAX Baywide franchises for Novato, Petaluma, and Sonoma, as well as a lending arm, Baywide Home Loans. He has been associated with RE/MAX International since 2004.
Andy has extensive experience in working closely with both experienced & first-time homebuyers & sellers, negotiation, investment property ownership, house flipping, remodeling and property maintenance. Him and his wife have personally owned, traded, and sold multiple flip homes, rental properties, and second homes.
