I'm Andy Pupius, a REALTOR® with Southwestern Real Estate, serving DuPage County and Northern Illinois. That standard comes from somewhere. Before real estate, I spent 23 years in telecommunications, where customer care wasn't optional, it was the job. I bring that same discipline to every transaction, clear communication, honest advice, and a client who always feels like the top priority.
As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I focus on smart pricing and favorable terms, whether you're buying or selling. I hold additional AHWD (At Home With Diversity) and CFSP (Certified Full Service Professional) designations, and stay current on hyperlocal market data through Illinois REALTORS® MLS. I'm also active in the industry beyond my own transactions, serving on Mainstreet REALTORS®' Government Affairs Central Committee and chairing their Education Advisory Group.
I work with first-time buyers, move-up and lateral buyers, empty nesters, and clients relocating to the area. My goal is simple, take care of clients so well they think of me long after closing.
Outside of real estate, I'm active with the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce as Chamber Champions Chair, and volunteer with Cream of Wheaton. I hold a BS in Information and Operations Management with a minor in International Marketing from the University of Southern California, and have proudly called Illinois home since 1998.
