About Andy

Prior to launching his career in commercial real estate brokerage and property management, and after graduating from California Polytechnic University, where he majored in Construction Management with a focus on real property development, Andy Rohner served as a project manager in commercial construction management. In that professional capacity he took part in the development and improvement of several large and complex projects. Notable assignments included the expansion of San Francisco International Airport, the development of Mule Creek State Penitentiary’s new facilities and the seismic retrofitting of data centers for Vantage Data Centers.

Following his years in project engineering, Andy realigned his professional track to take up the practice of residential real estate brokerage. After mastering the fundamentals of client relations, representation and negotiation, he moved on to commercial real estate.

Fundamental to Andy's practice, the foundation of the way he does business, is his total fiduciary devotion to client service and professionalism.

A Bay Area native, when not on the job Andy might be found weight training, trekking and camping in the Sierra high country and local East Bay regional parks, playing classical guitar, or dining out with Emma, his wife and best friend.
