As a REALTOR, I had an excellent experience in a transaction with Angel. As a listing agent, Angel was extremely organized, responsive, and educated on the property. Additionally, we discovered a leak during the property inspection and Angel went above and beyond to manage the project. She communicated effectively throughout the construction with all parties including the contractors, escrow, and myself. Angel is an example of why you need an experienced and trained REALTOR to list your properties with.

Angel Ramirez is excellent, top notch on all levels. From the beginning she and her team made me feel like I was their only priority.
. The staging was amazing, she turned my house into such a beautiful looking home. She was always there for any questions and she literally went above and beyond to cover every single concern I had. Angel is not like any other realtor I have had, she is always so many steps ahead, she thinks of any and all outcomes and prepares for them in advance. I was shocked many times on how she covers so many details and aspects, she leaves no stone unturned when she is devoted to a client. I sincerely feel I was blessed and I do find her work to be brilliant. I highly recommend her, she becomes your best friend and she literally does everything from the heart. She is amazing.

I received Angel’s information from a friend. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea about the process. I called her and she explained that her number one goal is to make sure my spouse and I would be educated throughout it all. At our first meeting, she verbally explained everything and took the time to draw a roadmap to a successful purchase. She was always available for my questions. Angel and her team overly communicated throughout the process which I loved! While I cannot compare her to another agent, she is well-connected, and I know she takes care of her clients. Above and beyond does not begin to describe Angel. My family is military and moving to the area on orders. We were lucky enough to be able to have me out there for a few days to see properties. She already had houses that were perfect for us lined up. The hardest part about the whole process was which house we liked best! She walked us though every step of the way and stood in if we weren’t able to get to the area. I will recommend all military to her and even non-military that are looking for a true class act of a realtor.

She quickly referred me to a handyman, HVAC repair company, and a cleaning lady to get my home ready to put on the market. She was able to coordinate all vendors to fit my schedule, including professional Movers. This is our second time using Angel Ramirez as our agent. We purchased our home from Angel two years ago. She kept in contact with our family even after the sale closed, so it was very easy to get a hold of her when we received orders to our next command. We put our home on the market and within 2 days Angel had us in escrow at $65,000 over list price.
