Angela Downs

My name is Angela "Katie" Downs, and I started DownsTown, LLC, a family-owned business, for everything real estate. I obtained my real estate license with the goal of genuinely helping people with all their real estate needs. I have spent the last 20+ years in nursing at local Level 1 Trauma centers. Over those 20+ years, I have worked hard perfecting my patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of others, and being a trustworthy person without question. I am confident that I can easily transition that skillset throughout my Real Estate journey with a client-focused approach. Real estate is a huge financial decision that people seek for all different reasons and as a member of St. Charles County Association of Realtors® and National Association of REALTORS® I am afforded more resources to further meet and exceed any of my client’s real estate needs in the most reassuring way.
