When we first met Angela Wahidi, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, Angela would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Angela also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite Angela saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller".

Angela is available day or night! I would text her any time and she would always get back to me right away. Being able to text or call makes the process a lot easier. She was great and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially in this challenging market.

Being a first time buyer is very stressful, but with the right real estate agent, it isn't. I can not express how thankful I am to Angela for being my real estate agent and helping me in this process. She was creative in finding houses, very informative/knowledgeable and mostly extremely patient with how many questions we had! My fiance and I are so happy in our new home thanks to Angela. :-)

Personally would not want any one other than Angela as my realtor. She steered me clear of houses that did not have my best interest and made sure I got the house I was looking for. I spent several months prior on the market, failing to get an accepted offer in this extremely competitive market. It took her less than 23 days from the moment I met her to get me into contract. She is reliable, always finds time, advocates for her clients, and truly is one of the good ones. She has a great team that can get you through the process efficiently. Could not have accomplished this goal without her!

Angela is an absolute GEM! She is knowledgeable, kind, and her network is amazing. Closed in a month thanks to her and her team. I can tell you, dealing with the pressure because of limited availability and rising rates previously, she made it a non-issue. We are so thrilled with our purchase, we are near public transit and in the town of our choice. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to sell or buy.

I found Angela on Facebook. From the minute I reached out to her I could tell she was all in. Angela was ready to show me homes as soon as possible and from the first day we spoke she was ready to bring us out the minute something new came to the market. No matter which town, wherever the distance, Angela was there by our side to view each and every house and give me her honest opinions about everything I had questions about. She is professional, diligent, knowledgeable, helpful and just a great person. We worked together for months, on account of COVID, and ended up finding our forever home and even better than that, we ended up becoming more than just people who did business, but we consider her a friend!.
