With over two decades of experience in real estate, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their personal real estate goals through genuine care, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. My career began in 2001, when I started buying and selling residential and commercial properties, alongside founding and successfully operating five businesses, all of which I sold myself.
As a licensed broker in both Washington and Florida, I specialize in the Greater Jefferson and Kitsap County markets in Washington, as well as Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties in Florida. My extensive background in home buying and real estate investment has equipped me with a keen understanding of the acquisition and marketing of residential, land, waterfront, and investment properties.
In Washington, I served on the board of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors (JCAR) for over six years, including an elected state seat and a two-year tenure as Education Chair. My deep knowledge of state and county regulations for land use further enhances my ability to guide clients effectively.
After returning to Florida in 2021, I embraced my passion for teaching while continuing my real estate business in Washington. Now, with my Florida Broker’s License, I am excited to focus entirely on real estate with RE/MAX. I remain committed to community involvement, volunteering with students while striving to provide exceptional service to my clients.
