Angelica Bolduc

Hi, I'm Angelica! I grew up in Chippewa Falls, WI, came to Madison to be a Badger, and never left because this city is pretty hard to leave. I've been in the industry since 2017, so I've seen a lot of markets, a lot of deals, and a lot of curveballs. Enough that I now mentor newly licensed agents, which is one of my favorite parts of the job.
My approach is pretty simple. I'm not here to sell you something. I'm here to guide you, answer every question (seriously, no such thing as a small one), and translate all the real estate jargon into plain language so you can make confident decisions.
I also donate a portion of every commission to Habitat for Humanity of Dane County and OWN IT, an organization that provides homebuyer education and down payment assistance to families in the Madison area. Homeownership should be accessible to everyone, and I really mean that.
When I'm not working, you'll find me wandering the trails at the Arboretum, hunting for hidden gems at estate sales, or watching a deeply questionable maritime disaster film.
