Angelica Rogers did an outstanding job selling our house! She helped us through all aspects of the process and was very proactive and accommodating. Angelica is a lifelong resident of Central Arkansas and extremely knowledgeable on the properties, neighborhoods, other agents, local businesses, etc. Our property was a rental for 9+ years due to multiple job-related relocations and was maintained but not pristine due to normal wear-and-tear and very limited updates. Angelica didn't hesitate to tackle this challenge. She helped us price it competitively and was our on scene voice throughout the process. She did a superb job advertising our property and her efforts ensured we had multiple showings and offers within weeks of listing our house and we closed at a fair price in ~30 days from the listing date. There were some inspection and closing-related issues that were complicated by our geographic separation. Angelica provided us great assistance and options that resulted in a smooth, seamless closing from our perspective. She is polite, positive, and responsive and has her clients’ best interests at heart. We wholeheartedly recommend you hire Angelica Rogers to be your real estate agent!
