Angelo’s commitment to service began early, when he started his first lawn maintenance business at age 17. Since then, his career has included home building, renovations, handyman services, resort property maintenance, and work with high-end properties on Siesta Key. Through Michaelangelo’s Property Maintenance and his Community Association Management license, earned in 2019, Angelo developed a practical, hands-on understanding of homes, communities, and the details that matter most to buyers and sellers.
As a proud member of Exit King Realty and the Sarasota-Manatee Board of Realtors, Angelo is dedicated to providing knowledgeable, honest, and professional guidance from start to finish. He specializes in the Tri-Par Estates community, where he is both an owner-resident and has served for more than eight years as Maintenance Supervisor. His firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective on the community and a strong ability to help clients navigate buying or selling with confidence.
